Tbh my perception is that our implementation of Agile is challenging at many levels:

we thrive to be agile but Sky really isn't Agile, friction at the boundaries.
I would argue that being Agile is first and foremost a contagious will. And this should spread from the engineer in 2 directions:
- the system he contributes to
  - even then there may be ambiguity:
    - is it the application you have been working on for the past weeks?
    - No, obviously no, it's not. The system we each contribute to is the Online platform.
    - When Agile tells us we should refactor a lot, sure it means the code of the app we are currently modifying but really this is just a prerequisite. What should be constantly refactored is the platform we build itself. Yes all of it.
